Please be aware that our office will call you as soon as your request is processed. If you have an urgent request, call our office at 715.847.2558. If you feel you have a life-threatening issue needing immediate attention, please call 9-1-1.
Patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Allow a minimum of one hour for regular office visits. Please be sure to bring your current insurance cards, any prescription or over-the-counter medications, and any supplements you are taking to your appointment. Out of courtesy for others, patients arriving late may be asked to reschedule.
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer that appointment time to other patients. Repeated failure to present for scheduled appointments may result in the discontinuation of services.
